DESCRIPTION

The NYX is a full stage fixture built into a household bulb. Screw it into a festoon line, a pendant, a bedside lamp on a film set or a vintage fitting at a wedding venue, and it becomes part of the show. Every bulb takes wireless DMX straight from the desk, so practicals that usually just sit there can fade, chase, colour-shift and snap to cues with the rest of the rig. Ours are the black-body edition, so the bulb itself disappears into dark stages, ceilings and rigging. You see the light, not the fixture.

No power in the spot you need? The NYX also runs from the Astera PowerStation through a single DC cable, so you can put light on a set piece, a table centre or the middle of a stage without running mains.

Weddings and receptions - warm candle-tone festoons through dinner that roll into colour when the dance floor opens.

Stages and live music - on-stage practicals and set dressing, cued from the lighting desk.

Film, TV and photo - in-shot practicals you can match to any colour temperature, with no flicker on camera.

Corporate and venue events - brand colours in a venue’s own light fittings.
